Pastor R. Nethers

Hello

Hello. My name is Randy Nethers. I am the pastor of The Victory Fellowship. My wife and I started the church in 2016, and I have been its pastor since. My hope is that you will learn more and more about Jesus Christ. He is our only hope in this world or for the one to come.

Believing is where one begins. Belief is the origin of action. Your belief will dictate your faith and our actions.

The Victory Fellowship

About

The Victory Fellowship was born at the beginning of the big February 2013 snow storm at Winterfire in Bloomfield, CT. As I was walking into the First Cathedral a young woman from a church in northern Vermont handed me a tract to pray for God to send workers to the UPCI New Hampshire/Vermont district. It was at that moment God reminded me He called me to New Hampshire. I knew this was true. I asked, "where?" He told me to pick a spot on the map. I chose Keene, NH.

On August 7, 2016 we had our first church service, exactly 3 1/2 years later (to the day).

My Story

I was not always a believer. Not until 1991 did I really even have the idea that God was a thing. I was raised in an atheistic home, but permitted and encouraged to think freely. In 1993 I met the woman who would become my wife and the mother of my children. When we moved to San Jose, California, she began to seek for "more." She found that in the First United Pentecostal Church of San Jose on 878 Boynton Street in 1994. Later that year I began to attend, curious about it. On a Wednesday night service in November God filled me with His Spirit, and on December 18, 1994, I was baptized in Jesus' Name.

Fast forward 20 years, and in 2014 I was licensed as a minister with the United Pentecostal Church. In the summer of 2023, I was ordained in the New Hampshire/Vermont district.

We meet at Hannah's Books on 305 Park Ave, in Keene NH on Sundays and Wednesdays.
